Our residential lots offer large areas (generally between 25,000 and over 55,000 sq. ft.) to ensure the privacy of future residents. We select lots with easy-to-develop building plateaus to simplify foundation and architectural work.
For our commercial land (such as in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts), we prioritize maximum highway visibility of “National Board” type (natural billboard). They are located along major roadways (Highway 15) and near existing services (hotels, public services) to ensure a constant flow of potential customers.
